These terms and conditions apply to the use of QwikAssist's features, including but not limited to the AI-powered chat feature, separate chat history for each tab, and the ability to refresh context anytime. Please refer to the product documentation and feature list for a comprehensive understanding of what QwikAssist offers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
